CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Dec. 31, 2013) - Jura Energy Corporation ("Jura") (TSX:JEC) today announced that Mr. Frank Turner has been appointed to the Board of Directors effective December 31, 2013. As previously announced, Mr. Graham Garner has resigned from the Board of Directors effective the same date.
Mr. Turner is a partner with Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. He is National Co-Chair of Osler's Corporate Group, co-leads the firm's Asia Pacific initiative and is a member of its Operations Committee. Mr. Turner practices from the firm's Calgary office in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
