Jura Announces Commencement of Drilling

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - May 4, 2011) - Jura Energy Corporation (TSX:JEC) ("Jura") announced today that drilling has commenced at the Wahid-1 well location in the Badin IV North Block. The well will be drilled to a planned depth of 2,300 metres to target the A and B sands of the Lower Goru. The Badin IV North Block is located in Southern Pakistan.

Jura holds a 27.5% working interest in the Badin IV North Block and is carried through substantially all of it's share of the anticipated well cost of US$ 5.4 million (gross).
