Jura Energy Corporation: Total Depth Reached on Haleema-1 Well


CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - March 19, 2014) - Jura Energy Corporation (TSX:JEC) ("Jura") is pleased to update that Haleema-1 well in the Badin IV South block has been drilled to the total depth of 1,849 meters in the Upper Sands of the Lower Goru formation of Cretaceous age. Open hole wireline logging and the interpretation is in progress. The complete results are expected in a couple of days.

The Badin IV South block covers an area of 1,265 km² and is located in the prolific oil and gas Lower Indus Basin of Pakistan.

Jura holds a 27.5% working interest in the Badin IV South block, which is operated by Petroleum Exploration (Private) Limited.
