Juritek and LuciData to Participate in IQPC E-Discovery Conference Feb. 27-28

LuciData's CEO Joined in Panel Discussion by Ford and Halliburton

MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 13, 2007 -- Juritek, which provides electronic discovery, advanced image processing and online document review services for lawyers, today announced it is sending Jeremy Wunsch, CEO of LuciData Inc., a Juritek partner, to IQPC's E-Discovery conference. Wunsch will be speaking on the benefits of outsourcing e-discovery in a panel discussion called, "E-Discovery In-House vs. Outsourcing."

The panel also includes James M. Wright from Halliburton Litigation Group and Beth A. Rose from Ford Motor Company. The discussion will cover the appropriate roles of the parties involved in e-discovery and records management processes. It will help lawyers determine when it is best to hire outside help, when in-house e-discovery is appropriate, and approximate costs of these functions.

"Keeping up with new technology -- including new software releases, updates and patches -- can be a daunting task," Wunsch said. "Lawyers want to focus on the case, not the technology."

The E-Discovery conference will take place Feb. 27-28 at the Claremont Resort and Spa in Berkeley, Calif. The IQPC E-Discovery event will feature a variety of legal resources and will offer an outline of the landscape of e-discovery in light of the recent changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The event also will address critical challenges related to electronic record management and e-discovery.

"Because outsourced providers are exposed to a variety of situations and environments, they might have an advantage when it comes to staying on top of the evolving needs of lawyers and capabilities of technology," said Chris Brinkworth, chief technology officer for Juritek.
