Justin Bieber brings 2012 Believe Tour to Scotiabank Place on Friday, Nov. 23

Anticipation builds for June 19 release of Believe on Island Def Jam; fans able to pre-order album with purchase of concert tickets

Ticket prices are $39.50, $55, $75 and $95; reserved seating (plus service charges).

Bieber fever is taking the world by storm yet again. As millions of fans around the world count down the days until the June 19 release of his fourth studio album, BELIEVE, platinum-selling pop singing sensation Justin Bieber announced a headlining tour of North America. The Believe Tour, presented by AEG Live and featuring Carly Rae Jepsen as a special guest, will stop at Ottawa's Scotiabank Place on Friday, Nov. 23.

Bieber's fan club pre-sale began on Wednesday, May 23, and runs through Thursday, May 31, at 6 p.m. Log on to BieberFever.com or join now with a quarterly or yearly membership package in order to get priority access to tickets at Scotiabank Place. Through joining BieberFever.com, fans will receive a pre-sale access code that allows them to purchase up to four tickets for up to four shows on the tour, plus exclusive Bieber merchandise. In addition, $1 from each ticket purchased for the Nov. 23 show will be donated to Pencils of Promise, a charity that works to build schools and increase educational opportunities in the developing world. As part of the Believe Tour, Canadian residents ordering tickets online will have the opportunity to pre-order a digital copy of Bieber's BELIEVE album. BELIEVE takes flight on the wings of Boyfriend, its first worldwide smash single, which hit No. 1 at iTunes the second it was released, and set a world-record for debuting No. 1 on iTunes in 32 countries. The Boyfriend video has shattered all YouTube records since its MTV premiere on May 3. The clip generated eight million views in its first 24 hours, and has garnered over 44 million views to date. BELIEVE is executive produced by Scott "Scooter" Braun and Usher Raymond IV, and track producers include Max Martin, Mike Posner, MdL, Diplo, Hit-Boy, The Messengers, Zedd, Rodney Jerkins and Bieber's vocal producer, Kuk Harrell.
