Kabe Exploration Letter to Shareholders

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - Dec 6, 2013) - Kabe Exploration Inc. (OTCBB: KABX), (OTCQB: KABX)

Dear Shareholders,

The management team of Kabe Exploration is pleased to announce that we have raised debt capital from institutional investors to support the company's acquisition and development plans. We have retained the services of independent contractors known in the oilfield industry to identify specific producing oil opportunities and are now conducting due diligence on several producing wells. We are currently evaluating significant oil plays in Oklahoma and Texas that have great current production. We have secured investment commitments from several institutional investors interested in helping us grow and strengthening our balance sheets to sustain the company. As we approach 2014 we expect to see significant growth and revenues to create shareholder value. We believe that the best way to create shareholder value in the upstream oil & gas business is by gaining access to new resources. Every action we take, including our pending acquisition of inexpensive oil and cash flow through the purchase of non-operated working interest and turn-key producing fields is meant to improve our ability to develop our Mississippian holdings and to fulfill our three-year growth strategy. We are excited to see the investment community show its support in joining forces with us to build a great independent oil company.
