Kadient Appoints Elizabeth Ricci as Senior Vice President of Products

Seasoned Software Executive Provides Leadership and Vision for Product Strategy and Engineering

LOWELL, MA--(Marketwire - October 20, 2009) - Kadient, the leading provider of on-demand sales enablement applications, today announced that software executive Elizabeth Ricci has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Products. In her role, Ricci will oversee product development and engineering as well as provide the vision for Kadient's future product roadmap.

Ricci's impressive history of technology leadership and management coupled with her focus on innovation, collaboration and satisfying customer needs made her the ideal choice for this strategic position.

Before joining Kadient, Ricci served as Senior Vice President of Products at Authoria, whose products were three-time winners of the Talent Management Shootout at HR Technology's Annual Conference. Prior to Authoria, she also managed engineering teams at MatrixOne, FTP Software, and Digital Equipment Corporation, now part of Hewlett Packard.

Ricci holds U.S. and Canadian software patents in network configuration ease-of-use. She was honored by Mass High Tech as one of its 2005 Women to Watch, an annual selection of female leaders and innovators in science and technology in New England.
