Rich Berkman and Susan Murray Bring 30 Years of Sales Enablement Experience to Customers

NASHUA, NH--(Marketwire - December 17, 2008) - Kadient, the leading provider of on-demand sales knowledge applications has strengthened the sales enablement expertise they offer customers by adding two top experts to their team. Rich Berkman, Vice President of Sales Enablement Strategies, and Susan Murray, Vice President of Sales Process and Practices, both bring a depth of knowledge to Kadient's customer base that comes from their combined 30 years of experience in helping sales teams succeed.

Berkman and Murray will work with Kadient's sales and client management teams to provide customers with strategies and tactics that will increase sales productivity. Murray will focus on improving sales process and developing sales playbooks that deliver situational sales coaching from within a salesperson's CRM system. Berkman will provide expertise in the areas of sales strategies, sales analytics and driving successful adoption of sales enablement tools and technologies.

Before joining Kadient, Rich Berkman served as SPSS Inc.'s Director of eBusiness Solutions where he implemented global sales enablement strategies to improve collaboration for more than 750 customer-facing employees, partners and strategic accounts, as well as enterprise intranet, extranet and content management systems for the company's global workforce. In his role at SPSS, Berkman ensured consistent sales messaging, planned language localizations, improved education, reduced sales cycles and drove increased revenue.

Prior to Kadient, Susan Murray was the Vice President of Consulting Services for Unica Corporation for six years, where she built and managed the global range of services for the Unica suite of products and developed the consulting practice for the US, EMEA and Asia. Before Unica, Susan was with Ernst & Young's Management Consulting Practice for more than 10 years where she worked with large organizations to build strategic technology plans and to implement CRM systems across a number of industries.
