Kalido Appoints Mary Wells as Vice President of Marketing

Experienced Enterprise Software Professional Brings Track Record of Bringing New Solutions to Market

BURLINGTON, MA--(Marketwire - June 17, 2008) - Kalido, the active information management company, today announced that the company has appointed Mary Wells as its new vice president of marketing. Wells will be responsible for Kalido's overall marketing strategy; managing corporate, field, customer, partner and product marketing; and reporting directly to Kalido President and CEO Bill Hewitt. Prior to joining Kalido, Wells served as vice president of field and corporate marketing for BEA systems.

At BEA, Wells developed campaigns and field programs that boosted awareness of and drove demand for BEA products. In addition, by working closely with BEA's channels organization, Wells helped the company strengthen its channel partner relationships.

Prior to BEA, Wells worked for BroadVision, where her global marketing campaigns helped increase demand for the company's solutions and products. At BroadVision, she managed the company's regional marketing, events, online marketing, RFP and inside sales teams. Wells also managed relationships and sales programs for BroadVision's partner program.

During her career, Wells has also held senior marketing positions at Infinium Software and Sybase. Wells holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
