The KanAm Grund Group and Canderel Announce Vigilant Global as New Tenant at 1360 Rene-Levesque

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Feb. 9, 2016) - The KanAm Grund Group and Canderel today announced that Vigilant Global, an innovative IT firm and a Best Small and Medium Employer in Canada, has entered into a lease agreement to occupy 76,500 square feet of office space at the 1360 René-Lévesque tower. Located in the heart of downtown Montreal's most rapidly growing sector, the Quartier Windsor, the space will serve as the new head office for the company.
