Kansas Athletics Renews Its Five-Year Partnership With Paciolan

Kansas Will Continue Leveraging Paciolan's Ticketing, Marketing and Fundraising Solutions

IRVINE, CA and LAWRENCE, KS--(Marketwire - February 17, 2011) - Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, marketing and fundraising solutions in college athletics, announced today that Kansas Athletics, Inc. has renewed its five-year partnership with the company. Kansas Athletics will continue leveraging Paciolan's comprehensive systems to enrich their fans' experience and deepen relationships with season ticket holders, donors, students and alumni. Kansas Athletics has been working with Paciolan since 1993.

"We're happy to be renewing our partnership with Paciolan," said Susan Wachter, chief financial officer for Kansas Athletics. "Paciolan provides a complete and robust ticketing, fundraising, and marketing system along with world-class customer service every step of the way. They're also providing many features that will help us grow in the future."

Using Paciolan's integrated ticketing solution, Kansas Athletics enables Jayhawk fans to purchase tickets online and conveniently receive them via print-at-home delivery, or directly to a student ID. Kansas has also been a leader in college athletics by allowing season ticket holders to transfer or resell unused tickets online to other Kansas fans to fill seats.

To date, the university has achieved impressive online transaction numbers, selling more than 65 percent of all single-game football tickets and 90 percent of all single-game basketball tickets online. KU is also a leader in online season ticket holder renewals, with more than 50 percent of football season ticket renewals and more than 60 percent of basketball renewals being transacted online.

Using Paciolan's Fundraiser's Advantage fund development solution, KU has been able to maximize communication with its donors, and manage online donor contributions -- all while increasing productivity. Using Advantage, donors can also manage their accounts, correspond with KU and define flexible payment plans.

"We're pleased to be continuing our 17-year relationship with Kansas Athletics," said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan. "Kansas has been a wonderful partner, and we look forward to working with them to achieve their goals with our industry-leading ticketing, fundraising and marketing solutions."
