Their manager Mark, from Cleveland, OH, comes from a background of sports, having been the captain of his basketball team growing up. Graduating with a bachelor of science and business administration with a concentration in marketing, Mark moved to Chicago to start with the company. He was looking for a company with growth and a fast paced environment right out of college. In just a week and a half Mark was promoted into an Account Manager position getting the opportunity to learn leadership skills and within six months moved into an Assistant Manager position. "The Manager in Training position helps someone develop marketing, team building, sales, communication and leadership skills while learning how to build valuable relationships both with clients and with mentors," states Mark when asked about their development program. Mark's goal is to take his family to Paris to see a city they have always talked about going to.
