Kansas State University Extends Partnership With Paciolan

Platform Enhances the Fan Experience With Integrated Ticketing, Marketing and Fundraising Services

IRVINE, CA and MANHATTAN, KS--(Marketwire - Apr 19, 2011) - Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing solutions in college athletics, announced today that Kansas State University Athletics (K-State) has extended its partnership with the company through 2016. K-State will continue leveraging Paciolan's digital ticketing, marketing and fundraising software for Wildcat Athletics events, including football, which is played at Bill Snyder Family Stadium and basketball, which is played at Bramlage Coliseum. K-State has been a Paciolan customer since 1991.

"We're excited to extend our long-standing relationship with Paciolan, which has allowed us to enhance customer service levels for Wildcat fans and donors. We look forward to continuing our partnership, and leveraging Paciolan's support in delivering the best fan experience in the Big 12," said Reid Sigmon, senior associate athletic director/chief of staff for Kansas State Athletics.

Using Paciolan's Access Management scanning, K-State is able to determine who attended home football and basketball games, identify what tickets were unused by season ticket holders and then tailor marketing messages and offers to these fans based on their attendance patterns.

With Paciolan's email marketing tool, K-State alerts fans who did not attend a game about upcoming opponents and reminds them about the ability to resell unused tickets via the Powercat Ticket Exchange system. K-State is also able to market to fans who attended games by sending a thank you note with a recap of the event, feature alerts for future ticket specials, and include a survey link to secure fan feedback.

"Paciolan's software has really helped us to better serve our season ticket holders, donors and other fans," said Scott Garrett, assistant athletic director for ticketing and fan strategies. "By placing all of the information at our finger tips, we're able to manage ticket sales and effectively market and communicate promotional messages to our fans -- all coordinated through one platform."

K-State also leverages Paciolan's Advantage solution for fundraising, which allows the athletic department to provide integrated donor account management tools and notifications about payments, pledges and priority points throughout the season ticket renewal process. This provides fans with a snapshot of all their ticketing and donor information online.

"Kansas State University continues to demonstrate excellence in athletics and in implementing best practices to create the best fan experience," said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan. "We are tremendously proud to continue our strong partnership with them into the future."
