Kantar Health Names Jim Needell Managing Director, UK

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - March 28, 2011) - Kantar Health, a leading healthcare-focused global consultancy and marketing insights company, has appointed Jim Needell as Managing Director, Kantar Health UK. In this role, he will lead the UK team to advance business while continuing to serve Kantar Health's clients.

Mr. Needell joins Kantar Health from another Kantar business, Worldpanel, where he most recently served as Commercial Director, UK and Ireland. Prior to joining Worldpanel in 2002, he worked for GfK in various client-facing roles in both the UK and Australia. His early career included several years with GlaxoSmithKline working in both sales and marketing functions.
