KARE 11 Named Station of the Year for Third Year Running

MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwire - March 10, 2008) - KARE 11 News has been named 2008 Station of the Year (Large Markets) by the National Press Photographers Association, (NPPA). KARE 11 was also awarded the title by the NPPA in 1985, 1995, 2000, 2006 and 2007.

At the same time, the NPPA announced KARE photojournalist Jonathan Malat as runner-up for the Ernie Crisp Television News Photographer of the Year award.
