Karelab, a company specializing in the development and management of employee recognition and engagement programs, has won the "Jeunes entrepreneurs - Toutes catégories confondues" award at the 30th edition of the Alpha Contest, held on May 15. Organized by the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Saint-Laurent-Mont-Royal, this event recognizes the performance of companies in Saint-Laurent, Cartierville and Mont-Royal.

The Montreal-based company has experienced tremendous growth in the last two years. The number of employees has tripled, reaching 21 professionals, and its sales have increased fivefold. This growth underlines the direction taken by the company in 2012 to focus exclusively on the development of employee recognition and engagement programs.

"We are extremely honoured to be recognized for our strong growth, our commitment and our success," said Marc-André Lanciault, President and Chief Executive Officer at Karelab. "This recognition reflects the efforts of our team, who have helped increase employee engagement within organizations. I'd like to express my wholehearted appreciation for their outstanding work."
