Kaseya Announces Availability of Release 9.2 With Windows® 10 Support; Continues Enhancing Complete Suite of IT Solutions for MSPs

Company Adds Windows 10 Support and Builds Momentum With 365Command, Traverse and AuthAnvil

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwired - Nov 3, 2015) - Kaseya®, the leading provider of complete IT Management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and small to midsized businesses, today announced the general availability of Kaseya VSA 9.2, which includes support for Windows® 10, enabling users to seamlessly migrate onto Microsoft's fastest growing operating system. The company also announced ongoing enhancements to its 365Command, Traverse and AuthAnvil solutions -- providing the industry's most complete end-to-end IT solutions suite.

Kaseya's latest version of VSA eases Windows 10 adoption for customers through seamless management of the OS and simplified discovery and network monitoring. This helps bring efficiency and automation to managing Windows 10, allowing mid-sized enterprises and MSPs alike to spend time on more revenue-generating projects and processes.

Additionally, Kaseya VSA 9.2 includes new features that simplify and improve accuracy of network discovery, namely the ability to manage 25 percent more devices. Kaseya also doubled the number of metrics tracked through its innovative real-time concurrent monitoring, and added over 300 new device fingerprints in VSA 9.2, which vastly improves accuracy and expanding device fingerprints.

"We're excited to see the continued innovation with Kaseya's products. We presently use Kaseya VSA to support our Windows 10 deployment and have been happy with the results," said Chris Clancy, PreEmptive Services Manager at Teleflora. "Having been a Kaseya user for more than four years, we look forward to each product update and anticipate new features. We're also anxious to take advantage of the full breadth of IT solutions that Kaseya provides and intend to implement Kaseya's AuthAnvil Identity and Access Management solution in the near future."

"Over the last several months, we've spent countless hours meeting with and listening to our customers," said Mike Puglia, Chief Product Officer for Kaseya. "This release is the first of many that is the result of feedback that we've collected from our customers about their specific wants and needs. Our product roadmap will continue to evolve based on this communication and participation from our user-base as Kaseya evolves into the most customer-centric provider in this space."

In addition to the enhancements available in this latest version of VSA, Kaseya has been continuing to enrich its portfolio of IT management solutions to serve its MSP community including:

Kaseya AuthAnvil
Over 600 MSPs now use Kaseya AuthAnvil, which is a true testament to the identity and access management solution's ability to provide password management, multifactor authentication and single sign-on capabilities across both employee and customer environments.

Kaseya 365Command
MSPs experienced significant revenue loss in the wake of Microsoft's move to the cloud with Office 365. Kaseya 365Command now enables MSPs to build their services around Office 365. This brings back an opportunity for MSPs to monetize Office 365, the benefits of which extend all the way to their end users.

Kaseya Traverse
Traverse provides service availability and proactive SLA management by mapping infrastructure, performance and application components into easy to understand business services enabling organizations to predictively visualize and resolve issues before users are impacted.

"Kaseya's reputation among MSP customers is that we push the innovation envelope," said Fred Voccola, CEO of Kaseya. "As Windows 10 boasts over 75 million users in its first few months alone, Kaseya is filling a major market need as the first RMM to support the new OS. With that said, we remain committed to continuously making improvements to our MSP offerings, so that our MSP customers always have the best product out there. Kaseya's first-to-market strategy helps our MSPs and mid-size enterprise users alike become more successful."
