MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 15, 2007 -- Kazeon, the recognized leader in
unstructured information management, today announced the launch of its
partner program. The Kazeon Partner Program is a key component of Kazeon's
global go-to-market strategy as the company scales to accommodate the
exponential growth in demand for its solutions in eDiscovery, Information
Security, and Storage Optimization.
The Kazeon Partner Network is made up of the best solution providers in the
industry who leverage Kazeon technology while providing consulting,
training and integration services to deliver maximum differentiation and
value to their customers. The institution of this program illustrates the
growing momentum and success the award-winning Information Server product
family has already received in the channel.
"Customer demand for our battle-tested and proven product portfolio has
created an enormous opportunity for channel partners," said Ed Bauer, vice
president of sales at Kazeon. "To capitalize on this opportunity we are
aggressively building out the Kazeon Partner Network through a select group
of partners who can help revolutionize the way companies find and organize
their information to solve today's top business problems."
"IAS is proud to be a charter member of Kazeon's partner program," said Amy
Rao, CEO of Integrated Archive Systems, Inc. IAS is a leading provider of
storage, data protection, security, and data lifecycle management solutions
on the West Coast. "With the addition of Kazeon's technology expertise and
their partnership with Network Appliance, we are able to leverage a network
of support and services to offer a fully integrated Information Management
portfolio to our customers."
"Insight Investments is confident that Kazeon's innovative information
management solutions and partner programs will deliver key capabilities
enabling Insight to help our customers find, report, manage and secure
their information," said Mathew Neally, senior vice president at Insight
Integrated Systems, a Division of Insight Investments Corp. "Insight

cost effective professional services to our customers. Kazeon's partner

"As the emerging leader in delivering integrated eDiscovery solutions, our
customers look to SANZ for help in managing, securing and locating their
information quickly," said Todd Oseth, chairman and CEO of SANZ Inc. "We

Server IS1200. By offering the added capability of secure information
management, our customers can rest assured that their sensitive data is
protected and easily retrievable."
Recognizing the individual requirements of each organization, Kazeon offers
a formal affiliation with its partners, presenting a complementary,
tailor-made business model that is designed to assist and bolster the sale
of Kazeon solutions through the channel. The four categories are geared
towards Kazeon's authorized third party establishments, including reseller
partners, service partners, technology solution partners and business
solution partners. Each program is comprised of different requirements and
benefits, developed to provide customers with best-of-breed products,
services and training. The Kazeon Partner Program consists of the following
categories:
Authorized Reseller Partner
-- The reseller partner resells Kazeon products and/or services to their
current customers and prospects. The benefits to resellers enable a
business extension with Kazeon solutions and higher resale margin.
Authorized Service Partner
-- The service partner licenses the Kazeon Information Server and uses it
as part of their service offerings at customer locations. Partners benefit
by adding Data and Risk Assessment Practices to their portfolios.
Authorized Technology Solutions Partner
-- The technology solutions partner provides installation and/or other
technical services for the Kazeon Information Server. The partner may be a
sub-contractor to Kazeon or another Kazeon partner that provides
installation or other type services including assessment services.
Authorized Business Solution Partner
-- The business solution partner recommends Kazeon solutions to address a
specific business problem. The partner is trained on the Information Server
but is neither reselling the product nor using the product as part of their
service.
