Keek Expands European Presence and Names Iain Wilson VP, EU Business Development

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - July 15, 2014) - Keek Inc. (TSX VENTURE: KEK)(OTCQX: KEEKF) - Keek's global growth continues with the expansion of its European strategy today. In April 2014, Keek, the leading mobile video social network, opened US offices and has made recent hires including CEO Alexandra Cameron, CMO Lin Dai, Chief Product Officer Jamie King and today Keek names Iain Wilson as VP, EU Business Development. Already a leading video app in many countries throughout Europe, Keek currently has over 67.5 million members worldwide, 19% of which are European based. Wilson will be based in London and will report to Dai. He will be responsible for leading the development of Keek's marketing and content partners across the European markets, which will include major media companies, celebrity influencers and consumer brands.

Wilson joins Keek after serving as the head of international partnerships at YuMe, a leading global video ad network for online, mobile and connected tv. He joined YuMe in 2012 and substantially contributed to the overall growth across the European markets. Before joining YuMe, Wilson served in executive roles in both Europe and internationally at major media and technology companies including Yahoo!, The Economist, Shopping.com and Flurry.
