Keek Partners With Ora.TV and Larry King Now

Gives Fans Daily Sneak Peeks to Original Digital Content

(TSX VENTURE: KEK) (OTCQX: KEEKF) announces a major digital content partnership with Ora.TV, a leading on-demand digital network, with exclusive digital content from some of the biggest names in entertainment. Keek, known for its 36-sec short video sharing, will be providing its 69 Million registered members worldwide with daily sneak peeks of Ora.TV content series. The two companies are also working together to explore and develop future sponsorship and revenue opportunities on the Keek platform.

"Larry King Now" transitions a traditional media icon into the digital content arena reaching a whole new generation with Larry interviewing everyone from Oprah Winfrey, Ashton Kutcher, Bill Maher, Brooklyn Decker, Seth MacFarlane and the Dalai Lama, to hip hop artists like 50 Cent, Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg, and many more. A major force in news and media for decades, and now a pioneering digital media presence, Larry King continues to bring his viewers one-of-a-kind conversations and appeal to people of all ages. 

Ora.TV produces high quality digital episodic content including Larry King Now, Daily Rehash, WTFark, Newsbreaker, Newsbreaker Espanol, and more and can be seen across multiple distribution platforms including Hulu and the destination site Ora.TV. Ora.TV has launched individual Keek accounts for each of their popular shows.
