Keek Partners With Second International Charity and International Golf Star Ernie Els

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - December 07, 2015) - Keek (TSX VENTURE: KEK) (OTCQX: KEEKF) (the "Company"), a global mobile video social media network with over 75 million registered users, today announced a partnership with the Els for Autism Foundation Inc. (www.elsforautism.org), a global charitable organization founded by professional golfer Ernie Els and his wife Liezl. This is the second major partnership announced by Keek for its Trivia4Good (www.trivia4good.com) business.

This announcement represents a further milestone in the development of Trivia4Good, a new social game play offered by Keek, designed to attract new users to the platform for the chance to win million dollar prizes while supporting global charities. The Company previously announced its first partner -- Right to Play International -- in August of this year.

"We are thrilled to begin this relationship with Keek," said Liezl Els, co-Founder of the Els for Autism Foundation. "Trivia4Good is an exciting and innovative way for us to expand our reach and engage a new social audience, while benefiting from a new source of funding. This will help us expand our impact and our programming, which is transforming the lives of those affected by autism."

"We are equally delighted to have the Els For Autism Foundation as a key charity partner," said Keek Social Trivia Division's Chief Marketing Officer, Howard Thomas. "Liezl and Ernie are focused on developing best practices in education and therapy for individuals with autism through the Foundation. We are excited about the opportunity to partner with them and to provide a new source of financial support to further their work."

Keek, through Trivia4good, offers an innovative way for its corporate sponsor partners to increase their brand message viewability and customer engagement to new levels within their target markets, while simultaneously generating significant funding for charities like Els for Autism.

"Partnerships like this makes our launch in 2016 even more impactful," said Thomas. "Trivia4Good is going to utilize its contest to award million dollar prizes, while at the same time, mobilize people to do social good. It's an opportunity for companies to take advantage of the rapid shift to digital ad delivery and receive a more impactful return on their advertising and communication investments."

About The Els for Autism Foundation:

The Els for Autism Foundation was established in 2009 by PGA TOUR golfer Ernie Els and his wife Liezl shortly after their son Ben (now 13) was diagnosed with autism. The Foundation's overarching mission is to help people on the autism spectrum fulfill their potential to lead positive, productive and rewarding lives. Els for Autism has offices in the U.S., Canada, South Africa, and the UK. In the U.S., to help fulfill its mission Els for Autism is building a state-of-the-art Center of Excellence in Jupiter, FL, with a local, national and global reach and is in the middle of a capital campaign to finance the development. The first two buildings of the Center -- the Auditorium Building and The Lower School opened on August 17, 2015 and the Foundation is now focused on raising the necessary funds to complete the 26-acre campus. The Center brings together the critical components of early intervention, education, sports and leisure, applied research, transition to adulthood, medical and professional services and adult services, all on one campus. Having all the essential components on one campus, with the integrated programming that this allows, makes the facility the perfect hub for its multi-faceted global outreach program that is focused on the development and sharing of best practices in education and therapy with the global autism community.
