Keiretsu Forum Gears Up for New Chapter Launch in the Mile-High City

DENVER, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 7, 2007 -- Keiretsu Forum, the nation's largest investment community of private equity (angel) investors, VCs and corporate investors, announced the formation of its twelfth chapter, to be launched March 27th in Denver.

"Keiretsu Forum members are active private equity investors who participate in diverse industries, such as clean-tech, life sciences, consumer products, real estate, and other segments with high growth potential," said Randy Williams, founder and CEO of Keiretsu Forum. "As our membership grows, we continue to find great connections with other geographies, and that has led to the natural expansion we're seeing. We are thrilled to embrace the Denver community and look forward to a new highway of ideas and deal flow."

The inauguration of the Denver Chapter comes only months after the Keirestu Forum chapter launch in Beijing, China where San Francisco co-president, Matthew Le Merle, was honored in China's Great Hall, and spoke about angel investing between China and other Keiretsu Forum chapter countries. Outside of North America, the Keiretsu Forum's EU expansion will be in London and Barcelona 2007 - 2008.

"The investor and entrepreneur communities have been very encouraging toward Keiretsu Forum's new chapter in Denver," said Steve Murchie, Denver chapter president for Keiretsu Forum. "Colorado has a great combination of spirited entrepreneurs and successful business leaders, and our goal is to bring these groups together to energize and optimize the region's early-stage business economy."

Denver's first Keiretsu Forum will be highlighted with Keiretsu Forum leadership and members from other chapters, including founder and CEO Randy Williams. In addition, there will be presentations from several companies who have already passed screening in other chapters and are currently undergoing the due diligence and/or funding process, as well as updates from portfolio companies.

The Denver chapter of the Keiretsu Forum will hold its first meeting March 27th at the offices of Exclusive Resorts in downtown Denver. Attendance is by invitation only. Interested parties should contact Steve Murchie at 720.506.4454.
