Keiretsu Forum Members Invest in San Francisco-Based LesConcierges

World's Premier Provider of Global, Concierge-Supported Loyalty Services and Solutions Closes C Round

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - November 30, 2007) - Keiretsu Forum, the world's largest angel investment community, announces its members' investment in LesConcierges, the San Francisco-based company that offers premier global, concierge-supported loyalty services and solutions.

After presenting to Keiretsu Forum chapters in San Francisco, San Ramon, Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Boise and at the Keiretsu Forum Angel Capital Expo in April, LesConcierges closed its Series C round and raised $2.4 million of equity and debt funding. Keiretsu Forum members from the three Northern California chapters in the East Bay, Silicon Valley, and San Francisco, and two Northwest chapters in Seattle and Denver chapters staked the entire round. This funding will enable LesConcierges to further develop its infrastructure, grow its working capital, and higher the key personnel necessary to move the company forward.

"In just a few days' worth of presentations, I was able to connect with hundreds of Keiretsu Forum's qualified, well-connected, and helpful angel investors," said LesConcierges CEO and Keiretsu Forum member Linda Jenkinson. "Keiretsu Forum provides the world's most efficient process for a company to raise the capital needed to take it to the next level, and I am proud to be both a member and the CEO of one of their portfolio companies."

Keiretsu Forum provides a structured approach to private equity investments, allowing like-minded business leaders to work together and assess investment opportunities and then make individual investment decisions. In this instance, Keiretsu Forum members from five different West Coast Chapters invested in LesConcierges.

"LesConcierges is a prime example of the high quality companies that come to Keiretsu Forum not only for fund raising, but for extensive network sharing, deeply qualified board representation, and in this case for lending resources," said Keiretsu Forum member and TSS Financial President Jeffrey Sturm. "From the initial introduction by Keiretsu Forum's San Francisco chapter co-president Matthew Le Merle to the screening committees, direct investor presentations, due diligence teamwork, documentation, and ongoing mind-share, the LesConcierges/Keiretsu Forum partnership shows clearly that the world's leading angel investing organization can generate gold-plated venture investments that are state-of-the art in every respect."
