Kelly Educational Staffing Recognizes Top Substitute Teachers

Outstanding Employees Recognized Across the United States

TROY, MI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 21, 2006 -- Kelly Educational Staffing, a service line of global staffing provider Kelly Services, is recognizing employees across the United States as Substitute Teachers of the Semester for the first semester of the 2006-2007 school year. These employees have demonstrated outstanding performance and service, and have made valuable contributions as substitute teachers.

"Kelly is proud of our many substitute teachers who are not only dedicated and show great enthusiasm in their role, but who also demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing a productive learning environment in the classroom," said Scott Smith, vice president for Kelly Educational Staffing. "We are pleased to honor these employees and to recognize them as our Substitute Teachers of the Semester."

All Kelly Educational Staffing substitute teachers receive regular performance feedback from permanent teachers and school administrators, and each semester, Kelly managers have the opportunity to nominate one substitute teacher as Substitute Teacher of the Semester. The honorees earn gift certificates and are eligible to become Kelly's National Substitute Teacher of the Year, an honor that is awarded at the end of the school year.

In 1997, Kelly Educational Staffing was established in direct response to the increasing need for quality substitute teachers. Since then, Kelly has filled nearly three million classrooms with qualified substitute teachers and has partnered with more than 2,900 schools in the United States and the United Kingdom. During the 2005-2006 school year, Kelly employed more than 18,000 substitute teachers and filled 969,000 classrooms.
