Kelly Services(R) Names National Nurse of the Year

Seattle Nurse Educator Honored in Conjunction With National Nurses Week

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwired - May 09, 2016) - To recognize the significant contribution, hard work, and dedication of our nation's 2.7 million registered nurses, Kelly Services® (NASDAQ: KELYA) (NASDAQ: KELYB) is honoring one of its employees, Kelly Wolff, RN CCRN, as its 2016 Nurse of the Year. Ms. Wolff is being acknowledged in conjunction with National Nurses Week, May 6-12, for her commitment to customer satisfaction, always having a positive attitude, and her willingness to support and mentor her peers.

A registered nurse for 26 years, Mrs. Wolff joined Kelly in 2008 as a nurse educator on assignment with Hospira, a Pfizer company and leading infusion technology provider. In this role, she educates and trains hospital staff on medical devices in a hands-on setting and provides onsite support to the staff immediately following the implementation of the device. In addition, she works part-time as a registered nurse at a local hospital.

"As a nurse educator, I am constantly learning about new devices and advances in the industry. I am passionate about teaching, enjoy the flexibility the role provides, and like meeting and educating my peers working in the field," said Kelly Wolff. "I am grateful to receive this award, and appreciate the continued support of the staff at Kelly while I'm on assignment doing what I enjoy."

In addition to her professional nursing career, Ms. Wolff has volunteered her time with local animal welfare organizations.

"Kelly is a great addition to our team, and we are proud to recognize her for her dedication to the nursing community," said Grace Fortuna, chief clinical officer, Kelly Services. "She is just one example of how we see the profession evolving where registered nurses are used inside clinical and non-clinical settings. Technological growth and healthcare reform will continue to drive an increased demand for RNs and non-traditional nursing roles until 2022."

Kelly Services established its National Nurse of the Year award in 2007 to recognize an employee for their outstanding work in the healthcare industry based on performance feedback from customers.
