CHICAGO, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 11, 2007 -- MorrisAnderson & Associates, Ltd., Chicago, is
pleased to announce that Ken
Yager has been promoted to Managing Director of the company.
Yager joined MorrisAnderson (www.morris-anderson.com) in August 2005,
bringing with him nearly two decades of experience in general management,
capital-raising and profit-and-loss responsibility for companies in growth,
leveraged-buyout and turnaround situations. At MorrisAnderson, he has acted
as interim chief operating officer for a $25 million building products
distributor, served on the board of directors of a $23 million independent
bottler, developed a divestiture plan for a $26 million division of a $500
million steel company, and managed negotiations with 1,200 vendors for a
$200 million outdoor equipment company.

sponsor business development at Bank of America, senior associate at
Coopers & Lybrand, and financial analyst in the Capital Markets Division of
Salomon Brothers.
Yager holds a bachelor's degree in management, with majors in finance and
accounting, from Tulane University, and a master's degree in management
from J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
A former president of the Kellogg Alumni Club, Yager is a member of the
Chicago/Midwest chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and of the
Association for Corporate Growth. He is based in MorrisAnderson's Chicago
office.
