Kender Energy Inc. Retains Annex Investor Relations Services in Preparation of Extending Shareholder Base

GENEVA--(Marketwire - August 20, 2009) - Kender Energy Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KNDR) is pleased to announce that it has signed with Annex Investor Relations Services for ongoing services as it prepares to extend its shareholder base, following the successful completion of its Phase 1 testing on its revolutionary solar power engine.

The new Investor Relations agreement is for 50,000 restricted shares with options to purchase another 10k shares at $0.50, and 10k at $1.00. Contracted services will be based upon an 8 week reoccurring cycle, with ongoing restructured share options.
