WAYNE, PA--(Marketwire - June 17, 2008) - Kenexa® (NASDAQ : KNXA ) today announced it has
been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the leaders quadrant of the recent
"Magic Quadrant for E-Recruitment Software"(1) report.
According to the report, "Leaders in the e-recruitment software market have
products that can meet the challenges presented by large, complex global
organizations. These vendors have strong track records, and demonstrate
strong sales and marketing execution. Typically, they have well-articulated
strategies that include an in-depth focus (for example, workforce planning,
contingent workforce management, vertical markets and geographic expansion)
on talent acquisition or a broader focus on talent management (for example,
performance management, succession management and compensation
management)."
The inclusion criteria for vendors in the Magic Quadrant is more than 100
e-recruitment software customers with more than 1,000 employees, more than
$25 million in total revenue (license, maintenance and services) or both.
Vendors were evaluated on their ability to execute (such as product and
service, sales execution, customer experience) and their completeness of
vision (including market understanding, product strategy and geographic
strategy).
Rudy Karsan, chief executive officer of Kenexa, said, "Kenexa is honored to
be placed in the leaders quadrant by Gartner. We believe it's reflective of
our commitment to being a client-centric organization that proactively
develops the solutions that help customers address shifting market trends."
