Successful Pilot Programs Result in Randolph Air Force Base Signing on for Recruitment Consulting Services


WAYNE, PA--(Marketwire - February 9, 2010) - Kenexa® (NASDAQ: KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, today announced the expansion of its relationship with the U.S. Air Force to deliver university and community outreach services for the Air Force Personnel Center Scientist and Engineer Career Field located at Randolph Air Force Base near San Antonio, Texas. Leveraging the successful recruiting program that Kenexa created for five Air Force bases across the country, Kenexa will establish a robust recruiting system to attract and fill critically needed Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) individuals by creating a hiring pipeline with new college graduates and experienced engineers and scientists for the Air Force.
