Kenneth Jennings Nominated for Election to Skkynet's Board of Directors

TORONTO--(Marketwired - May 30, 2013) - Skkynet Cloud Systems, Inc. ("Skkynet" or "the Company") (OTCBB: SKKY), a leader in real-time Cloud information systems, is pleased to announce the Company's Board of Directors has nominated Ken Jennings to be elected to the Board. Mr. Jennings is a highly respected and experienced business-to-business marketing and sales professional. The election of Mr. Jennings to Skkynet's Board will be voted on at the Company's 2013 Ordinary Shareholder Meeting, which will be convened for early August, 2013. In the meantime, Mr. Jennings has been appointed to Skkynet's Advisory Board.
