Kent Exploration Inc: Flagstaff, WA, Property Phase One Diamond Drill Program Completed

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 9, 2007) - Kent Exploration Inc ("the Company") (TSX VENTURE:KEX) reports that the first phase of its diamond drill program has been completed on its 100% optioned Flagstaff property, which is highly prospective for gold and silver mineralization, and is located approximately 10 miles west of Northport WA, and 15 miles south of Rossland, BC.

The approximately 1,200 foot diamond drill program targeted three of the locations, CEDH-54C, CEDH-39C and CEDH-52, where CE Minerals reported a number of intersections of gold mineralization during its 1981 drill program. Core recovery was in excess of 90% and the core is being shipped to the Company's secure core facility in Kingman under the supervision of the Company's independent geologist, where it will be logged, split and submitted for assay.

The Company has also taken 40 tons of barite of the permitted 1,000 ton barite bulk sample from the property for further testing of the economics of beneficiating the barite to API specifications for use as a drill mud additive for oil and gas well drilling. The diamond drill rig is returning to the Company's 100% optioned, all-weather accessible, Rosebud property in northwestern Arizona, to continue the diamond drill program to confirm the historic gold grades on the property.

Kent Exploration Inc is a junior exploration company that has earned a 50% interest in the Ivanhoe Creek property, a Midas-style target in Nevada's Carlin Trend, has a 100% interest in a mining lease option in a gold/silver/barite prospect in eastern Washington state, and is earning a 100% interest in the Rosebud property, a gold/silver prospect in northwestern Arizona.
