Kent Exploration Inc: Rosebud Diamond Drill Program Commences

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 7, 2007) - Kent Exploration Inc ("the Company") (TSX VENTURE:KEX) reports that a 1,500 meter diamond drill program has commenced on its 100% optioned Rosebud property, which is highly prospective for gold and silver mineralization, NE of Kingman, Arizona.

The program is planned to drill to depth four of the eight known veins on the property. The target of the first three holes is under the 800 meters of historic underground development at the east end of the Southwick zone, a double vein that has a known strike length of approximately 1.6Km.

Highlights from recent underground sampling at the 100 level of the Southwick veins, as reported in the Company's news release KEX2007-18, include C515017, 35.2 g/t Au and 55.2 g/t Ag, C515016, 11.95 g/t Au and 62.7 g/t Ag, and C515014, 12.2 g/t Au and 92.2 g/t Ag.

Kent Exploration Inc is a junior exploration company that is earning a 100% interest in the Rosebud property, a gold/silver prospect in northern Arizona, has a 100% interest in a mining lease option on a gold/silver/barite prospect in eastern Washington state, and has earned a 50% interest in the Ivanhoe Creek property, a Midas-style target in Nevada's Carlin Trend.
