Kent Exploration Inc.: Rosebud Property Diamond Drill Program Update

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 13, 2007) - Kent Exploration Inc. ("the Company") (TSX VENTURE:KEX) reports that it has commenced site preparation for its planned 1,500 meter drill program on its 100% optioned, 800 acre Rosebud property, approximately 50 Km NE of Kingman, Arizona.

The access roads and the drill pads for the first three diamond drill hole locations on the Southwick double vein, which has a known strike of approximately 1.5 Km, have been completed and road access and drill pads for holes four to eight is underway.

The Rosebud property contains eight known veins which the Company is planning to drill to depth.

Kent Exploration Inc. is a junior exploration company that has a 100% interest in a mining lease option on a gold/silver/barite prospect in eastern Washington state, is earning a 100% interest in the Rosebud property, a gold/silver prospect in northern Arizona and has earned a 50% interest in the Ivanhoe Creek property, a Midas-style target in Nevada's Carlin Trend.
