Kewill Appoints Paul Ilse to Board of Directors

Operating Partner With Francisco Partners Joins Board of Supply Chain Execution Software Provider as Non-Executive Director

CHELMSFORD, MA and MANCHESTER, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - July 17, 2015) - Kewill, a leading provider of innovative software for supply chain execution, has appointed Paul Ilse, Operating Partner at Francisco Partners, to its Board of Directors. Ilse joined Francisco Partners in 2015 with a focus on software and services.

Ilse brings nearly 20 years of executive leadership experience to the Kewill Board. His expertise in the technology sector includes roles in both public and private companies as well as extensive merger and acquisition experience. A highly successful executive, Ilse has worked with both early and later stage technology companies to drive operational success through revenue and EBITDA growth.

Before joining Francisco Partners, Ilse was the chief executive officer of Aptean, a leading provider of enterprise application software solutions. Prior to Aptean, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of RedPrairie Holding, Inc., a former Francisco Partners portfolio company and provider of best-of-breed supply chain, workforce, and all-channel retail solutions, which merged with JDA Software, Inc. Previously, Ilse served as chief financial officer of BlueCube Software, Inc. from its inception to the acquisition of the business by RedPrairie.

Ilse currently serves on the finance committee for the Technology Association of Georgia. He is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ilse earned an M.S. in accounting from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
