Kezber and the Region's Alzheimer's Society Form a Winning Partnership !

SHERBROOKE, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Oct. 14, 2010) - The 10th annual Kezber/Sylvestre Lagacé Golf Tournament was held on September 21, benefitting the Eastern Townships Alzheimer's Society. With about 130 generous participants, the organizers were pleased to raise $13 840 this year, bringing the golf tournament's total contributions to the Society and its activities to roughly $90 000 over the years.

Kezber's president and founder, Alan Kezber, has now been involved in the Alzheimer's cause for 10 years. To highlight this contribution, on September 28 during a 25th-anniversary celebration of the Société Alzheimer de l'Estrie, Mr. Kezber was awarded the Myosotis trophy in the category of partner emeritus/honorary member. The distinction is given to a corporate contributor whose efforts and interest toward the Alzheimer's cause have made a major impact on the growth and success of the organization. During the celebration, Mr. Kezber also agreed to serve as honorary co-chair of the Alzheimer's Society with Lucie Côté, to support the organization during this important year of anniversary festivities.
