Kid Friendly Browsers Designed to Help Protect Kids Online to Hit Retail Shelves for Christmas 2007 Season

Children's Educational Network and KOCH Entertainment Partner to Release Parental Controlled Kid Friendly Browsers and Safer Online Community for Kids

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - September 12, 2007) - Children's Educational Network (CEN) announced today that it has signed a long-term exclusive retail distribution agreement with KOCH Entertainment Distribution (KOCH), to market CEN's kid friendly browsers to retail outlets nationwide. The first product to be offered will be the "Shrek Browser for Kids" (, which will be sold for a suggested retail price of $6.97 each. The Shrek Browser for Kids will be followed by Noah's Internet, designed for the faith-based markets and other branded kid friendly Browsers to be announced in the future.

With CEN's Kid Friendly Internet browsers, children can have fun online while avoiding hate, violence, pornography, and online predators. Their parental controlled browsers allow children to access only pre-approved and pre-screened child-appropriate web sites.

Parents can add or subtract sites from the pre-approved list, to create a tailored "Include List," customized for each child (more effective than filters alone or creating "blacklists"). Multiple child accounts can be created, each with different settings, giving the parent control over which sites their children can visit on the Internet.

"It is extremely exciting to know that our software will be made available through retail outlets nationwide by 4th quarter of this year. We have a superior product priced for every parent to afford," said Greg Writer CEO and founder of Children's Educational Network. "We are the only company offering a parent-controlled browser with an illustrated and animated interface that is appealing to kids for only $6.97. Others sell their software for $29-49 per year."

KOCH is one of the country's leading independent distributors with the largest integrated video sales team in the United States, serving most major retail chains including: Wal-Mart, Costco, Target, Best Buy, Toys R Us, Sam's Club, Borders, Cracker Barrel and Amazon.

"We love CEN's mission to build a safer and more educational environment for kids online, and we are excited to represent them in the retail marketplace," said Michael E. Rosenberg, President of KOCH Entertainment Distribution. "We look forward for additional releases from CEN to add to our catalog of entertainment properties for our retail distribution outlets."
