KidSational Inc. Announces New Management and New Direction

LOS GATOS, CA--(Marketwire - December 12, 2008) - KidSational Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KDSC) announces new management and a new direction for the company. Newly appointed Chief Executive Officer Eric Stratton Racheff released the following:

"In short order KidSational Inc. will have a name change and a business model change. Its basic outline will be that of a holding company. Our initial target is to regain the confidence of shareholders who have seen lower than satisfactorily share price over the years. This will consist of acquiring profitable companies, share buybacks and reduction of the number of outstanding shares to increase value.

"Following that we will be putting in place a strong Board of Directors that specialize in the various sectors that we will be dealing in: green technology, publishing, real estate, media, wholesale distribution, to name a few. This is to ensure that we have a specialist leading the company in each area.

"I do understand that in recent times current shareholders have been left in the dark regarding the status of the company and its ongoing events. We are working diligently to handle that and create a method where shareholders have up to date information. So along with that, our corporate website is now located at www.stratton-holdings.com.

"I am very excited to be a part of this right now as the potential is limitless on what can be accomplished in our situation. We are currently in talks with multiple small sized companies and look forward to updating shareholders on our progress as soon as possible."
