KidSational, Inc. Highlights Recent Developments in Shareholder Teleconference Call

SAVANNAH, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 20, 2006 -- KidSational, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KDSC) is pleased to announce that in Tuesday's shareholder teleconference, the Company highlighted a number of key recent developments. Topics discussed were licensing opportunities, as a result of the completion of "The Guardians" motion picture and distribution of "The Guardians Game" and other company products through Overtime Sports. Also featured was the chart-topping teen pop group, TGK, who spoke of upcoming events, and the debut album now available at Transworld (f.y.e.) music retail stores and the distribution plans to have the albums available at major retailers such as Wal-Mart, Target, and Best Buy.

Also participating in the teleconference was Kenny Hansmire, President of Overtime Sports, who spoke of their distribution strategy for the "The Guardians Game." The initial purchase order is for eighteen thousand units, which are being distributed to elementary schools, university education programs, and Federal Bureau of Investigation's 56 field offices throughout the country. He also spoke of the expectation of many subsequent purchase orders from the American Football Coaches Association/FBI National Child ID Program.
