Kimberly Mashburn-Lee Joins Spring

BOSTON, MA --(Marketwired - April 16, 2013) - Spring Consulting Group announced today that Kimberly Mashburn-Lee has joined the firm as Senior Consultant and Head of Clinical Strategies.

Mashburn-Lee brings over twenty years of experience in the fields of absence and disability management, workplace productivity and return to work strategies. She is widely recognized as an industry thought leader on clinical and other matters related to productivity as well as FMLA and ADA regulatory compliance.

Mashburn-Lee has her BS in Nursing and currently resides in Atlanta, GA. She is currently a member of the Executive Advisory Board of the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC), and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Business Group on Health (NBGH).
