King & Spalding Adds Tobacco Litigator as Counsel


ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - Feb 13, 2012) - Jason E. Keehfus, a trial lawyer specializing in tobacco litigation, has joined the product liability practice of King & Spalding as a counsel in the Atlanta office, the firm announced today. Keehfus joined King & Spalding from Jones Day, where he was a senior associate.

Keehfus focuses on the defense of individual and class action product liability lawsuits, with particular expertise in tobacco litigation. He has been a member of the national defense team in a number of smoking and health lawsuits, and he has substantial experience preparing and participating in trials of Engle progeny cases.

Keehfus earned a J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the Syracuse University School of Law and a B.A degree from The Ohio State University.
