King & Spalding Advises on $335 Million Sale of TMW Systems

CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - Aug 28, 2012) -  King & Spalding advised Pamlico Capital and TMW Systems, Inc. on the sale of TMW to Trimble Navigation Limited for $335 million in cash.

Founded in 1984, TMW is a leading provider of enterprise software to transportation and logistics companies in North America. Pamlico acquired TMW in 2005 and grew the company's revenues to $96 million from $25 million.
