King & Spalding Advises Winn-Dixie on $560 Million Merger With Bi-Lo

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - Dec 19, 2011) - King & Spalding is representing Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc., one of the largest food retailers in the United States, on its $560 million merger with Bi-Lo, LLC, announced earlier today. The resulting company will consist of nearly 700 grocery stores and 63,000 employees spanning the southeast U.S.
