King & Spalding Recruits Corporate Partner Matt Jacobson to the New York Office

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - August 25, 2014) - King & Spalding has recruited Matthew Jacobson as a partner in its corporate practice in the firm's New York office. Jacobson will divide his time between the firm's New York and Silicon Valley offices working with clients and matters on the west coast. He joins King & Spalding from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

"Matt's experience representing global companies in M&A and other transactions in the technology, life sciences and energy is a great fit for King & Spalding," said Ray Baltz, leader of King & Spalding's corporate practice group.
