Kingsley Coach Names Robert Lloyd as President

ZIMMERMAN, MN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 13, 2005 -- Kingsley Coach, Inc., (OTC BB: KNGS) announced today that it has named Mr. Robert D. Lloyd as the Company's new President and General Counsel. For the past six years, Mr. Lloyd has been serving as the President and Managing Partner of the Law Offices of Greene & Lloyd, PLLC, located in the Puget Sound area of Washington State. In addition to managing the Law Firm and engaging in the practice of law, Mr. Lloyd has been the general counsel and a business consultant for several businesses and corporations in a variety of industries. Additionally, Mr. Lloyd has served as the President of Rainier Property Management and Development. While serving in that capacity, Mr. Lloyd's contribution enabled that company to expand and acquire extensive real estate holdings, ultimately adding significant value to the company's net worth.
