Kingsley Launches Television Advertising Campaign

ZIMMERMAN, MN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 22, 2005 -- Kingsley Coach, Inc. (OTC BB: KNGS) announced today that it has begun filming a series of television commercials that are scheduled to begin airing on the Outdoor Channel and the Speed Channel. The commercials will be produced in conjunction with Newave Video Productions, Inc., who is also providing the advertising air times. Under the terms of the Agreement, a minimum of forty-two (42) thirty-second commercials and fourteen (14) six-second "billboards" will be broadcast over the next several months.
