Kingsley to Report Second Consecutive Year of Record Revenues

ZIMMERMAN, MN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 15, 2006 -- Kingsley Coach, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KNGS) announced today that despite the delay in its year-end filing, the Company expects to post year-end revenues in excess of $6,000,000. This represents a 22% increase over fiscal year 2005, which showed revenue growth of 25% over 2004. This growth trend implies that the management reorganization and aggressive marketing plans implemented over two years ago are having a positive influence.

"We are anticipating a strong 2007 for Kingsley Coach as our past investments in new markets are now beginning to pay off, especially in our commercial vehicle lines like Mobile Medical and Command Vehicles," said John Merkent, CEO of Kingsley Coach, Inc. "During the past fiscal year, we have spent a significant amount of time, effort, and money reorganizing the entire Company to set the stage for considerable revenue growth. We are looking forward to a very successful 2007," added Mr. Merkent.
