Kirchhoff Construction Benefits From Axis Technologies Energy Savings in Meeting Customer Demand for Green Building Requests

Alliance Calls for Green Technology Adoption in New York's Annual $7 Billion Capital Construction Budget

LINCOLN, NE--(Marketwire - November 28, 2007) - Axis Technologies Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AXTG) announced today that Kirchhoff Construction will join the company as an efficiency advocate in energy saving partnering. Kirchhoff, a leader in innovation, recently installed in their own facility the energy efficient lighting fixtures by Crescent/Stonco, a division of the Genlyte Group, Inc. that is equipped with the Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting (DDH) ballast. By supporting and promoting technology development like the Axis Technologies, Inc.'s DDH ballast, Kirchhoff Construction can satisfy their customer's needs for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification and bottom line energy savings.

New York City (NYC) owns or leases approximately 4000 buildings, and spends over $7 billion on capital construction annually. However, green building practices have positive effects beyond just NYC projects. When any city begins constructing green buildings, they introduce the practice to the countless architects, builders and developers who work on city projects. NYC's enormous purchasing power not only encourages and nurtures green building in the construction industry, but also among downstream industries that supply building materials.

Joseph T. Kirchhoff, President and Founder of Kirchhoff Construction, stated, "What sets Kirchhoff apart is fostering lasting relationships through partnerships with our clients. Offering energy savings products such as the Axis Daylight Harvesting ballast to our customers is one of the services that show we give the care we'd give to our own on each and every project. Our goal is to develop a relationship and a friend, and that is why so many are repeat customers. We do whatever it takes to ensure our clients' success."

"Axis and Kirchhoff Construction feel that by calling on architects and engineers to reduce the environmental impacts of buildings by designing 'high-performance buildings' or 'green buildings' they can contribute to the coalitions of early adopters to get the results in the energy savings marketplace. We need to recognize, award, and promote our industry to energy saving peers like Kirchhoff Construction. The momentum in the green technology movement has clearly shifted to innovative technologies such as our ballast. We look forward to working with Kirchhoff on building awareness in the developer and construction sectors of our proprietary energy saving solution for fluorescent lighting," said Jim Erickson, President of Axis Technologies, Inc.

About the Axis Technologies Ballast

Axis Technologies Group, Inc. has developed an innovative new ballast, an electronic component that regulates voltage in fluorescent lighting that focuses on expanding daylight harvesting into mainstream fluorescent lighting applications. The patented Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting Ballast is a new technology that transforms the ballast, a once standard lighting industry staple, into a dynamic energy-saving system that can reduce lighting energy costs by up to 70%. The Axis DDH Ballast utilizes an individual photo sensor to automatically adjust the amount of electrical current flowing to the light fixture, and then dims or increases lighting in conjunction with the amount of available sunlight that may be harvested from available windows and sunlight. The Axis DDH Ballast avoids "over-lit" conditions that increase energy costs by keeping lighting "tuned" to the desired level in a designated area.
