KL Energy Corporation Re-Acquires Its Third Party Technology License Agreements

RAPID CITY, SD--(Marketwire - October 21, 2010) - KL Energy Corporation (OTCQX: KLEG) (PINKSHEETS: KLEG) is pleased to announce the Company has re-acquired all third party rights and licenses of its proprietary technology in a series of recently completed transactions. This secures all future development and licenses worldwide exclusively for KL Energy.

Peter Gross, President and CEO of KL Energy Corporation. "When the company was looking to find a global market for its technology in 2008 it entered into a number of third party agreements for certain rights to its technology. These relationships proved to be beneficial helping to open up markets in Europe, Central and South America. However as we begin the commercialization of our technology with our strategic partners we determined it was in the best interest of the company, and our investors, to bring the market development in all territories back under the direct control of the company. This action reflects our belief that our business development activities should be focused on specific industries rather than geographic territories, thus allowing us to align our development with partners at multiple locations worldwide."
