Klean Industries: Visit a Commercially Operational 100TPD Scrap Tire Pyrolysis Facility

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 10, 2015) - Klean Industries Inc. ("Klean") a Canadian Energy Solutions Company is pleased to announce another date for waste to energy seminars which review the latest advancements in the technical field of processing scrap tires using carbonization, pyrolysis, and gasification based technologies. This unique seminar is designed to provide detailed information to customers and project developers who have an interest in building new energy projects that use scrap tires. The seminar is a key part of providing attendees with relevant technical and business information prior to funding and building a project.

The Klean Team has put together a condensed program that reviews all of the practical and theoretical issues relating to the development and design of a thermal processing plant for scrap tires and the business models that make them work. This is followed by a review of the feedstock expectations and different plant configurations for optimizing your project. We then review the breakdown of the equipment required and the capital cost associated to the implementation of your project along with the key operating matrixes behind the development of such projects including economics and operating costs. Once the initial information is exchanged and understood, the Klean Team provides a live site visit to a Government Certified operating plant processing 100 metric tonnes per day (33,600 tonnes annually). After the tour, our team will review how best to manage such a project from an EPC perspective. This condensed 1 day seminar is your best chance to gain strategic inside knowledge on how to successfully develop a energy from waste project using waste tyres as the primary feedstock. The program is approximately eight hours with a one hour break for lunch and two, fifteen minute coffee breaks.

The site visit will include a one hour guided tour where participants will be able to understand the technology used and to see how feedstock is prepared and processed into fuel, energy and carbon commodities on a commercial level. The plant visited will depend on the number of attendees and all parties who wish to attend this condensed seminar and tour need to contact our sales staff by the 19th of June, 2015. The actual dates for the tours will fall in the week of June 29th until July 3rd and each party will be given a specific date once we receive confirmation and have exchanged the necessary documentation. After the site visits we will be revisiting any questions, concerns and information that may have been missed. We will then allow attendees to schedule private meetings to discuss their projects in further detail. The cost of the condensed seminar program is $7,500 / person which must be paid in advance by the 19th of June, 2015 and is non-refundable. There is absolutely no photography, video cameras, or cellphone use allowed inside the facility. Anyone found doing so will be escorted off the premises immediately and all business discussions regarding your project will be ceased.
