Celebrities Flock to the Popular Talk Show to Discuss Why Drugs Are Synonymous With Fame, Money And Sex

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA--(Marketwire - Jun 21, 2012) - Klean Treatment Center has announced that its popular, weekly radio show on KFWB AM, Klean Radio, has been picked up by Sirius XM. The satellite broadcast will air simultaneously with News Talk 980 as of June 24, 2012 at 8-9pm PDT.

Hosted by Klean Treatment Center co-founder and CEO Andrew Spanswick and sober personality Judah Friedman, the show features an interesting mix of sober celebrities and comedians as well as treatment experts. Spanswick and Friedman have a provocative and insightful take on the many facets of this paramount issue that is claiming so many lives and careers today. With the recent, untimely deaths of our favorite faces like Heath, Michael, and Whitney, listeners hear straight from celebrity figures why drugs have such a strong hold on the entertainment industry.

Klean Radio has been a fixture on KFWB for almost two years and during that time has provided a growing number of listeners with valuable information and insight through its unique interactive format. Audience members are encouraged to call in and speak candidly with a wide range of dynamic guests who have successfully overcome drug and alcohol addiction.

"We are delighted to be part of the Sirius family and to join its lineup of 'A' list personalities that includes Martha Stewart, Howard Stern and Oprah Winfrey," said Andrew Spanswick. "Sirius, with a listener base of more than 22 million subscribers, will enable us to reach a significantly larger audience and to help so many more people across the country." The reach of fast growing Sirius also includes a software application that is available on Apple's iPhone.

Other guests on upcoming broadcasts include Leigh Steinberg talking about the influence of sports on drug usage and actress Mary Carey speaking out about sex addiction and drugs in the porn industry.
